
It's my third day on a no rice diet. It's my supposed "cleansing" diet that will

help kick off my nutritionally balanced diet. It's actually a crash diet which does not work when one is over 30.

The grand plan is to cleanse for 5 days, then go on a low fat diet supplemented by cardio exercise which will be stationary cycling. The diet will definitely be scientific because I love computing

calories and nutritional needs and whatever else is needed. I will gradually complement my cardio work-out with hip hop dancing later on and add flexing and toning exercises as well. It will give me something to do aside from talking to my own hand.

This is the beginning of my quest. I weigh 144lbs according to my annual physical exam last Friday. The doctor (who is probably an idiot because he's an HMO doctor) told me my ideal weight is 117. Of course I just agreed but I wanted to hit him in the head with a wooden spoon and scream into his

ear that he's an idiot.
