Why not? Others hear voices in their heads so why not talk to my own hand? That doesn't seem as cuckoo as voices in my head. Whose could the voices be? Puzzling and DEFINITELY cuckoo!
Besides... all my friends are super busy or claim to be so I have no one to talk to most of the time.
