Pacman and Krista - Lovers? Part II

I wanted to get the latest on this issue so I watched The Buzz today. They spent quite a lot of time on it complete with the background of the characters involved. Boy Abunda, one of the hosts, said that people should give Krista the benefit of the doubt afterall the pictures of her and Manny together were not exactly incriminating. Fine, they are not extremely compromising photos. Not a one that showed them affectionate towards each other. No hand in hand... No arm in arm... no lips to lips. BUT what say you on the many incriminating circumstances? Below are my top two.

1. No comment. Any semi-self-respecting single woman would automatically DENY such allegations if they were not true. Why does she not simply deny and make a joke out of it or something? That would have put an end to the whole brouhaHO immediately. The reason it became intriguing was the consistent "comment". That's definitely unnatural. OK, so maybe it was for publicity but when she started to get flack, she could have denied it still.

2. She bumped into Jinkee Pacquiao at the Chanel store somewhere in the US but said neither hi nor HO to the wife of the very man she is making a movie with and whose team (Team Pacquiao) she belongs to. Any semi-educated person would extend some form of courtesy. Heck, any person, educated or illiterate, with a trace of propriety or good manners would at least say hi! But she didn't. Have I mentioned that she graduated from the fancy schools, Poveda and Ateneo de Manila University? Of course I have. That's definitely unnatural. OK, so maybe she was scared and I ask why?

What is this brouhaHO?

In the red corner, Krista Ranillo, a sexy "starlet" (according to some broadsheets), is the 28-year old daughter of Mat Ranillo III. She was the cover girl and special feature of a couple of men's magazines in the recent past. She starred in "Paupahan" (for rent) where she played a prostitute also around then... that is, the recent past... Some people said she was a natural but that's second-hand info because I didn't watch it. I swear I never even heard of it.

In the white corner, Manny Pacquiao... Who doesn't know Manny "Pacman" Pacquiao, eh? The Pound for Pound King! Holder of SEVEN world titles in boxing! A WORLD RECORD! Quite a feat for a small man from General Santos. All those titles naturally brought him gazillions and that's not counting the countless endorsements. Alaxan FR, Magnolia milk, Head and Shoulders, Ginebra San Miguel, San Miguel Beer... Pacquiao, Pacquiao, Pacquiao! Everything on TV is Pacquiao! Manny and Mommy D! D for Dionesia but I can think of several other adjectives to substitute that.

Back to the ring, (THE TRIANGLE!) Krista and Manny. No one is talking. No comment is all that's given to the press so we are left with pictures and videos of the pair taken in numerous places. If a picture paints a thousand words... why the heck do these press people even bother to ask. Just go ahead and talk about it afterall, you got them piccies!!! Anyone who says they are unconfirmed will get their ears WAPAK-ed!

What actually drove me to write about this was the statement from the Ranillo family that they will not speak until Pacman speaks. Whut??? I thought the gentleman always lets the lady speak first??? This Mat Ranillo who was a matinee idol when I was a child should be a veteran as far as the press is concerned so why not speak up and defend his daughter??? Is he afraid to lose Manny's support? Afterall, the side story is Manny gave him money to fund his political campaign. What??? That's synonymous to saying he sold his daughter to the Pacman. His own daughter!!! Never mind if she actually have been in this "business" for some time because if a transaction of this sort involves a parent, heck, that's a totally different matter. Disgusting! I don't know why he even thinks he has a fleeting chance at winning a position in government! Someone ought to tell him to just take Manny's money and run but not for politics. Who in their right mind would trust this man with their children's future when he can sell his own??? This guy deserves a resounding WAPAK!!!

Manny Pacquiao is a Filipino idol. He's an INSPIRATION! Someone who portrays godliness when he kneels at the corner of the ring to pray before his fights, wears a rosary and goes to mass whenever he can. He declared that God is in his heart and his family is all that matters back in the Ara Mina intrigue. Now what? Is this what the gazillions did to him? Money! Money changes everything! The Ara Mina intrigue was just last year though so he already had gazillions which means it's not really the wealth that made him think he can stray. I give him due respect and admiration for his boxing achievement but his personal life is shot to hell because of little missy Krista. I'm turned off. Even if I were planning to watch his movie which I wasn't, I wouldn't do so now. I'd even quit buying the products he endorses just like I boycott products that Kris Aquino endorses. Pacman is lost. He is drunk with success. Blinded by the bright lights! Another guy that deserves a get-your-swollen-head-out-of-your-a** WAPAK!!!

As for the ladies... well, Jinkee Pacquiao is the legal wife with four legal children who are worshipped by Manny. She doesn't strike me as a fool so I'm sure she's got her bases covered as well as bank accounts hidden everywhere. She ought to relax, get pampered, not worry her tiara-ed head and let her husband do his thing. She has her aces safe in a vault along with her eye-popping diamonds.

Krista is a poor girl who could have had a good future. She did graduate from Poveda and Ateneo de Manila. But hard work probably seemed useless when she's got the beauty (she seems ordinary to me), the body and now semi-youth. What a shame... maybe it's too late to wake this woman up with a serious WAPAK! The way I see it, once you start selling your self, you're gone.

Sale! Come One! Come All!

En route to my home is this big, big store that sells music instruments and equipment. It has a beautiful grand piano on display right at the corner. I wish I could own one some day and play the piano again. I think I've written of the desire a while back so I'll not go into that anymore.

This store is ALWAYS on sale. They change their banners ever so often that I wonder why they bother at all. Today, the Great Christmas Sale began. This is right after the Unbelievable Halloween Sale which of course came after the Incredible Rainy Season Sale. In a couple of months, what will it be? What else? Love is in the air, Unsurpassed Valentine Sale! A couple of months after that, the Awesome Graduation Day Sale! The Amazing Holy Week Sale comes smartly around the corner followed closely by the FANTASTIC Summer Sale! Holy molly, before you can even say snap, crackle and pop, it's the Remarkable Back-To-School Sale! And then they unravel the Incredible Rainy Season Sale again and we have come full circle. Endless sale! Endless!

Seems to me like there is Barely Any Sale which could possibly precede the Heartbreaking Closing Out Sale.
